"Friendly helpful staff. The low floor room was a concern. It's Waikiki! But not an issue past 930pm and I was there on a Friday night. I enjoyed the balancy. Pool was smaller but clean and comfortable loungers. Used pre and post check in. "

"Very friendly staff. Elevator can be frustrating even with 3 running it's very busy here and there were times we had to wait for multiple ones to finally have room to ride. Thos would be the only meh about this place. 100 sails restaurant inside has an awesome breakfast buffet. Close enough to walk (10 min) to mall that has tons of shopping and eateries. Uber is your best friend if you don't want to drive!!! Taxis are insane price wise. Traffic is no joke out here. "

"Overall great as always, staff if top notch. Room is clean, bed and pillows are comfy and shower is divine. 4th time at SPK and will go again. Only drawback is of course that resort fee that adds zero value, like none. Toilet paper and Kleenex are very cheap. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. "
