"Left early,,razor blade came flying from toilet paper roll,,no water pressure,,lack of pillows,,strange sounds from outside,,would love a refund,,it was false advertisement to a degree,,you guys ought to check it out, before solicitation for it"

"Great location--an easy walk to the beach. But it's a big city, and there's a busy road between the beach and the hotel...so lots of night noise, sirens, people partying. Also, there were events, weddings, luaus directly below our room until about 9am most nights--so no resting from that noise until late (we were on the 16th floor, but noise perfectly carries). Also, the elevators are inadequate for the number of people needing to use it. Many times there were 16+ of us crammed into one...

"To start, we waited nearly an hour for the shuttle as the reception did not tell us it only runs once every hour. We would have walked the 10 minutes if they would have told us. This schedule was posted in the shuttle and at the reception desk so they should have conveyed that upon our call for pick up. We were then placed n the top floor at nearly the farthest point from reception as well which did not make sense when the hotel was not full. The room was one of the worst I have stayed at across...

"ELEVATORS ARE TOO SLOW VERY SLOW TAKE ME ABOUT 5 MINUTE TO GET ONE ELEVATOR , THE LINE OF PEOPE WAITING WAS CRAZY"

"The room should have been cleaner. There were brown rings around the faucet in the bathroom sink. We had housekeeping come in daily and the floor was never vacuumed. The AC was loud and had a mildew like smell. The staff were all very friendly and the rest of the hotel was great!"
