"The pool area was really small. It was only 4 feet. The cushions on the furniture in the area were dirty. I highly recommend removing the cushions. The hotel has no seating or lounge area other than the lobby. I would have loved to sit in area and enjoy the Hawaii views. No transportation to local stops was a huge disappointment. I don’t recommend the location for first time visitors to Hawaii. The staff are great and the breakfast was great. It just lacks amenities and location"

"Great customer service, clean rooms and amenities was great. The only complain I have is the elevators not working and the male worker in the restaurant who didn't have a good customer service. However, everything else was awesome and I would come back and stay at here."

"Our room was great just remolded. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Extremely clean. Good facilities business center, guest laundry, pool . Next to outlet mall great restaurants, movie theaters, shops. Breakfast included beware sub par at best. Waffles were ok. Powder eggs and bioengineered potatoes not good.Parking in mall parking lot but designated."
