"Michael Jackson was amazing. Very helpful and quick to assist. I will say that I didn’t have hot water in the shower, and my toilet would not flush-but they fixed the toilet immediately. Michael had fresh coffee and donuts in the office which I thought was very nice. Overall it was a great stay and I would definitely visit again."
