"Very friendly staff. Beautiful property. Breathtaking view of the Bay. The complementary breakfast was really good. Good wine and beer at the bar. The only thing is that this time our suite was located on the main floor. We could hear every conversation happening at the lobby, which means room privacy was not ideal. We'd definitely come back but we'll make sure to book a different suite."

The main issue with this place is the staff. We must have talked to five different employees during our stay, and each one of them was completely incompetent and very unpleasant.
