"The hotel location is great. The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was a very nice size (Superior, 1 Queen with fireplace, non-smoking) Nice amenities, unfortunately, I had trouble charging my phone since both outlets were loose. There were plenty on towels in my room and additional sundries, fire logs were available at front desk but NO daily cleaning in room. Yes, I would stay again."

"Quick check-in, and we got an upgrade for our room. The staff at the reception, restaurant, and the gentleman at the pool area were all very friendly and welcoming. For my birthday, our sweet waitress surprised me with a dessert, which made the stay even more special. Overall, it’s a nice property with a fantastic view, and we had a relaxing weekend. "Well where do we start? The staff was nice. The pool and jacuzzi were nice. The bad part was the rooms. Yes I said rooms, the first room we got had the smoke detector going off so we had to switch rooms. The second room, the beds were both covered in hair that did not belong to us. Unacceptable! The location of the hotel is next to a bar that has cars racing up and down at all times of the night and we were in the very back portion of the hotel.
