"My stay at this Holiday Inn did not meet the standards I usually expect from an IHG property. The hotel felt cheaply managed and lacked the comfort and convenience I’ve experienced at other Holiday Inn locations. "Be prepared to see a lot of charges on your card. I booked my stay through Expedia and paid it. I when I got there they said they needed to do a $200 hold on my card for any incidentals. I bought the “meal pass” which was a rip off. $175 for $120 credits for food and it was not explained by the employees. They said it covered breakfast, lunch and dinner. The credits were basically enough for dinner and breakfast. Dinner was $25 a person for the buffet and the breakfast buffet was a little...

"This is a great hotel to stay in especially if you have an early flight like we did. We like leaving our car here and taking a shuttle or Ubering to the airport. The hotel is very clean, and a good value."

"Arrived late in the evening and it took 30 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. With the additional stops getting to the property a couple of miles away took a total of 45-50 minutes. The staff could have informed it would be ~30 minutes instead of he’s on the way. Other shuttle services came through minimally 2 times before ours came once and a couple came 3 times. Unacceptable."

"Awesome hotel!! Bed was very comfortable and the mini-kitchen was great. Location was nice. Staff was very professional. Just wish they served breakfast at the hotel. There was restaurants right next to the hotel which gave discounts when you showed your hotel key. Overall excellent hotel and would stay here again."

"Hotel was located near the airport and it had a social trendy feel to it. The room was interesting because one half was the bathroom area and the other half was the room area which was an interesting design. It would have been nice if the hooks to hang stuff were on the big wall instead of next to the toilet. I missed breakfast. Nice enough hotel but I think I like a different style better."

"It's a very busy hotel because it's near the airport but the staff was very accommodating and helpful. Air conditioner was kinda noisy but I can't sleep in total silence and it did drown out the airport sound which I was expecting because of other reviews talked about the noise but I didn't hear any planes in my room and it was on the airport side of the building."
