"Decent accommodation in a beautiful village on Exmoor. The bed was comfortable and the full English breakfast very good as well. I had no problem parking just outside on the street. I liked the feeling of staying in a family-run hotel and they were all friendly and helpful. Would return!"

"Caro the host was lovely and friendly and very hospitable. The old Manor House is beautiful set in rolling countryside. The bedroom was large, beds were comfortable and good shower. Caro provides an excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Would defo visit again. The Globe Inn nearby does good food and the staff and locals were good fun."

"Super friendly welcome and room was fine for us - we stayed after a wedding so werent even there that long! room was clean and shower was hot, breakfast was lovely and served by a super helpful and friendly housekeeper. "

"With two dogs, we appreciated the safe and scenic spaces to walk around. The Bark Park outdoor field, with its sandpit and climbing equipment, was brilliant. Overall, we couldn't fault anything. The restaurant/food was perfect. Thank you. 😊 "
