I want to give a huge shoutout to the front desk employee who was working during my stay. 04-17 / 04-19 He was incredibly kind, patient, and professional even though he was clearly overwhelmed. At one point there were around 15+ people in line, and he was the only one handling everything. You could see the stress, and he even had his lunch sitting off to the side because he didn’t get a chance to eat. That’s not okay, and management should really make sure staff are properly supported. Aside from that the rooms were clean and the food was good which I appreciated. The only downside was the bathroom specifically the tub. It had visible rust lines and could definitely use updating or replacement. Overall, a decent stay but the real highlight was the front desk employee who went above and beyond under tough conditions.

I truly enjoyed my stay here at the Crowne Plaza hotel in Union City. It was very easy to navigate to arrive at this hotel. I really appreciated, how quiet and safe I felt for the duration of my stay. I have no complaints about my room. It was clean and I appreciate it being able to upgrade to a higher level floor. However, my only issue is I requested a receipt to be emailed to me I have yet to receive that as I need that for accounting purposes, but other than that, I have no other complaints about my stay here.

Over the past two months, I’ve felt incredibly safe staying at this hotel. After my car was stolen from the parking lot in July, the hotel took immediate action. Since then, every night when I returned, I noticed a security guard patrolling the parking area in a vehicle with flashing lights. It gave me a great sense of reassurance. The hotel staff and management handled everything swiftly and professionally. I truly felt valued and cared for as a guest.
