Comfort Inn & Suites Memphis Germantown
8/10 Good
"Found someone's sock from previous stay. Under the bedside table. Carpet didnt look like it was vacuumed under that table. On Tuesday morning my roommate and I worked out in the fitness room. There was another gentleman who came in and was working out All of us started coughing and my lungs felt bad deep down. The room had a chemical smell of some kind."

"Very nice property. Great breakfast and very clean rooms."
Fairfield Inn & Suites By Marriott Memphis Germantown
10/10 Excellent
"The property is a bit dated. The beds are clean and comfortable (which is very important). The pool, hot tub and exercise room leave a lot to be desired. The breakfast was solid every morning. The over all up keep of the place is showing age. It will need some TLC very soon."

"I'm a transportation driver. I bring patients to their appointments! I first went to a place called airport in and was a little bit fearful being there. After that experience I searched out another hotel! That's when I found Townhouse Inn and Suites. I've had nothing but good things to say to my family and friends about the place. The staff has been very nice. I met Sonya and Tanya and a couple of others that have been nothing but graceful helpful and always with a smile. The rooms were very clean. I walked around with my socks on even out to the lobby with no build up of dirt on my feet. The continental breakfast was a bonus!"

"Clean room and very spacious. However the laundry room was out of service and didn't look like the gym was available either. The free breakfast wasn't really anything much but the bar itself could hold a whole buffet but they had a big skid of boxes right in the way. They are friendly but don't seem to really do business outside of websites like Expedia, hotels.com, etc. So for a deal on rates through them.... forget it"
