"First time visitor to this hotel and I was expecting a luxury stay with views and relaxation. The view outside my window was of a wall. There was no view and it was very disappointing. We were charged for the ‘amenities’ of which we didn’t use, as the weather was not great, and swimming lessons were taking place on the Friday when we visited. We only went to the ‘club’ to check out the facilities and have one drink. We spent a lot of money, and dined there also. The drinks and food were great. But very disappointed with the room and lack of a view"

"This hotel was dated, yet clean, friendly, and functional. My son and I needed somewhere to stay before our early flight out of Oakland and this place was perfect. We liked the quiet location by the marina and the fact that we could walk next door for dinner. We slept well and being close to the airport made our travel day far less stressful with a 6am departure. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again. "

"The staff were very friendly and helpful however the room and its condition had much to be improved on. The room itself was feet from the elevators and shared a wall with it making noise throughout the day and night. Avoid room 500, 600, etc. The bathroom door was a sliding one but never stayed closed, the shower water was always lukewarm warm and the general condition had much to be desired. Just a tough stay in general."

"If I tell you, I went to this hotel soon as we walked in we seen a roach then we walked all the way to the kitchen. Roger is coming from the refrigerator. The bread was dirty that couldn’t have blood stained all over it. It was the worst hotel ever the price was good. The way we checked in was good but the hotel was so freaking nasty. It was nasty. The rug had blood on it though the curtain tablet on the roof the refrigerator have Rose come underneath it. It was terrible so we ended up not staying so I’m just scrutinize because we came all the way from LA to stay in this hotel and it was terrible."

"Ran out of body soap could not get more. Parking is no good. Get two keys for one for just parking was stuck trying to park for 45 min because key magnet went out "
