"This is a good place to stay if you are on a budget, or if you want to save some money. The hotel is basic, but clean, quiet, comfortable and seems recently renovated. They offer complimentary breakfast and the breakfast area is nice and clean. During my stay the staff was professional and helpful. I appreciated how the pool will close around 10:00 pm and the staff will come and get people out and lock the gates. That insured a quiet and restful night for everyone. "The complex is huge and the buildings towards the front are newer and nicer and resort is located close to Disney. Plenty of space and a washer and dryer in the room which was nice. Our pool experience was not so great. Not enough seats or umbrellas. Someone was blasting their own boombox at the pool and the pool towels were itty bitty. There is still a deposit hold on my credit card after a week of checking out. Also be aware that when you get your parking pass, you have to go to another desk...

"Nice property, restaurant, bar, sweets shop and mini store on site. ASK FOR THE FREE COOKIES at front desk. You have to scan your card when you enter and exit the parking (it’s tap)..gym was really nice and well equipped. Pool area is nice and there’s an arcade and laundry facility on property too :)"

"Would have otherwise been a pleasant stay except for the smell in the room. It had a strong odor that smelled like a park bathroom/urine. It was a two bedroom villa so it was quite nice but I would have rather stayed in a downgraded room if it meant there would have been a better smell."

"It was upsetting that we were booked into an accessible room because I informed them I had a walker and ground floor would be easier. I'm having hip surgery and lowered cabinets and sinks are impossible as bending over is very difficult. They did move us but not until we had already gone to the 1st room. It was exhausting having to walk to 2 separate rooms. Not a good way to start out our stay, I just wanted to leave I was so exhausted. But would still be charged as we had already checked...
