"Poor customer service. Signs in the room say no problem if you forgot to bring amenities available upon request. Well all they had were 2 towels in the room and didn’t have any available and was told won’t be any until the next day in the afternoon. The receptionist way of expressing that was that he was being bothered and wasn’t even thinking about going above and beyond to make a loyal customer happy. Guess washing towels is too much work now a days."

"The property is conveniently located to gas and food with easy access to the highway. The most disappointing aspect was the room. Upon opening the door, it reeked of smoke. Stale cigarettes. The room was obviously a smoking room at some point that was not properly renovated. This alone would keep me from staying there again. Yes. The feedback was provided to the front desk."

"This hotel is perfectly adequate for a short stay. We did one night and took the footpath to the casino to see Rob Thomas Sidewalk Angels show. The room was clean, beds and pillows comfy and breakfast was good too. All in all, we would stay here again. "
