"Rooms are spacious w/ kitchen bonus. Not fond of the limited counter space at sink vanity & lighting wasn't bright enough IMO. Area was safe & nice distance to casino. "

"Theres no elevators and for people in wheelchairs they wont switch to the forst floor and our key cards didnt work 3 times we had 3 rooms 1 room the water was cold never got warm other room the bathroom light wouldnt turn off no do not disturb signs for house keeping when trying to take a nap breakfast was nice and the bartender was great!"

"There was a huge water puddle in from of our door. Check out was 12pm and they started hounding us at 11am because we had not checked out yet."

"We stayed here for nearby dance competition. I paid for room in full months before but when I got there they asked for my card for incidentals but charged me for the room again. Our room was dirty and had no toilet paper. The bathroom smelled like sewage when water was running. We were close to dining area and it was very noisy. Pool was not clean. "

"Poor customer service. Signs in the room say no problem if you forgot to bring amenities available upon request. Well all they had were 2 towels in the room and didn’t have any available and was told won’t be any until the next day in the afternoon. The receptionist way of expressing that was that he was being bothered and wasn’t even thinking about going above and beyond to make a loyal customer happy. Guess washing towels is too much work now a days."
