it was a lot nicer than last year when we stayed there for sure need to improve the breakfest the sausage actually needs to be cooked not microwaved its nasty and more yogurts

They did not have the room I booked on Expedia available. I had booked a king size handicapped accessible room with a walk in shower. They only had a room with two queen size beds and a shower in the tub. I’m handicapped and have a lot of difficulty stepping into a tub. Also I find the policy of only servicing rooms every other day unacceptable.

I had a good stay at this hotel. They had renovations going on which disrupted some of the accommodations. The staff was very helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. I would stay at this hotel again.

My bathtub was horrible-looking! They were in the middle of renovations. I had to lay a towel in the tub to stand on. The desk clerk was polite and understanding but advised me that all of the tubs looked like this. Other than that, it was ok.

A decent stay of you are passing through. The staff was excellent. The beds were very comfortable. The building is old and the hallways smelled of smoke, although the rooms were fine. They seem to be in the beginning stages of renovating so the pool was empty and the first floor rooms did not have fridges or microwaves.

Property is undergoing reservations so there is a little disruption but considering that I would stay here again room was clean that was comfortable I did not have any issues, breakfast was pretty good for a buffet breakfast.

Can't complain too much, the door to my room was difficult to open, needs to be adjusted. Ice machine is only on the first floor, cart for bringing in luggage was wobbly, and inaccessible when I checked in, but was available when I checked out. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We stayed at the Hampton in Battle Creek for the weekend because we had a wedding in Marshall. It did its purpose because we were only there to sleep but the room had trash behind the nightstand from previous guests. The showers water pressure was terrible, and it barely drained. The tv stand was broken and you had to use all your might to open and shut the hotel room door.

did not have to much on the buffet. then when we went to eat, almost all of eggs were gone, so decided to wait to eat. room was ok bed very comfortable. then when we arrived, they charged us for the room, we had already paid for it thru expedia.

It is inconvenient to be in the shower and discover that the soap dispenser is empty. Also, there was no hair dryer or water glasses and the bathroom door did not completely close. as it seemed to be swollen or something. The room phone did not work so you had to go to the desk to let them know. We didn't bother since we were only staying one night. I let them know about the deficiencies when we left in the morning. Although it was not too bad, I did not like the idea of having a handicapped room when it could have been available to someone who needed it. The extra grab bars and seat made the shower pretty small for a decent sized person. I would have liked to have been informed ahead of time and given a choice not to take the handicapped room.

The rooms were clean but the breakfast while I was there was not great at all. Limited amounts of food, sometimes only a few cold items and a waffle maker. We went out, left the hotel, to get something to eat. They really need to do better with their breakfast.
