"Stayed room 132. Nice room. Easy access to parking lot and pool. Our room temp was at 60 degrees. Thermostat on heat mode made NO difference. Maintenance tech said the hotel heat comes from a boiler and a number of other rooms were experiencing same issue. The telephone in room was dead. No way to call front desk. iPhone website phone numbers on went to booking agent in another city. No way or number to reach the office except by foot. We finally got extra blankets delivered for the night. But service lady did not speak or understand English! Front desk did offer for us to change rooms but too late. We were already spread out for the night."

"The a staff was absolutely excellent. The room we had was one of the best i had ever stayed in , and thats not me being dramatic or anything. This hotel was absolutely gorgeous, the room was very very clean. And the breakfest was actually really enjoyable . I had just gotten a few teeth removed so I was worried I would have to check the room and make sure it was clean and I didnt I would reccomend this hotel to any one. I cant be thankful enough for these guys!"
