"The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the environment was clean. The building could use a few updates, and the elevator carpets could definitely use a good cleaning. Overall, though, it’s a great location. It would also be nice if breakfast hours could be extended from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM, allowing guests to sleep in a bit more."

"Clean and comfortable resort and rooms. I stayed in a double room, it was clean and comfortable but the room was extremely small for four. We only stayed 1 night, but for the price I definitely would recommend it. Next time I’ll get the 1br suite.
The size kept me from giving it a 5 star! "

"I've stayed at this resort 3 times. I love that it's very close to Disney Springs. The staff is so helpful and warm. The rooms are decent. Those with the outside entry are ok, but not as nice as the rooms with the interior entry. The only downside is that the park shuttle runs only every hour on the hour, and the return schedule isn't readily available."

Our rooms were in the corner. There is smoke smell in the corridors just outside our room.
When attempted to call front desk, phone was not working.
I travelled with kids and family and did not feel comfortable at all staying in this place. Price is certainly cheap!
This is my experience. I vacated 1 day earlier than my intended stay. . "
