Check in was very easy. Lovely and helpful staff. Room was extremely comfortable and clean. Tv wasn't working but was fixed as soon as we let staff know. Kettle needs replacing though. Went to make a cuppa and luckily I checked inside before filling. Inside was black!

Room was dirty and full of cockroach poo. Also, very noisy with guests screaming and arguing near our bedroom door at around midnight. Poor experience for an expensive accommodation.

Easy key pick up. Smallish room, but had a microwave & fridge plus dishwashing amenities. Only had a power point on one side of the beds though, another one for the other bed would have been handy.
