" No breakfast even though it was advertised . Room not clean and stank of smoke although it was a no smoking room. Coffee pot filthy. No hairdryer either. No one at reception when we arrived, the guy at the desk said she was in the laundy and we would have to wait. 15 minutes before she turned up. Not a good stay "

The hotel was clean, quiet, well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. My room was spacious, comfortable, and stocked with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I also appreciated the convenient location, which made it easy to get around the area. Overall, the hotel provided excellent value, and I would definitely stay here again when visiting Palestine."

"The building was nice. The room was nice. Everything was clean but the people are demons! The staff is rude. They lied to my face. The management is inhumane and they're all just a bunch of greedy cold-hearted zero customer service corporate Moguls! I booked two nights but when I got to the hotel it turned into one night with two rooms which I'm sure is my fault but I don't know how it happened and should have been an easy fix! Instead of fixing it they just said they will not change it for anything and I just lost my money and nothing I can do about it! The cold-hearted insensitivity of their employees and management make this place a very poor choice! I will forever tell everybody I know. What a horrible place this is and will never darken their doorway again!"
