"This property has incredible views over mountains and down to the Mediterranean Sea.
There was no one on site when we checked in. We received a message telling us how to get the key. The rooms are small and need updating. Paint is peeling off the walls. Late at night the hot tap broke completely and there was no one around but luckily there was a stop valve under the sink. You have to use What’s App to communicate which was ok the next morning. The restaurant is good but separate from the hotel...

"This is the second time we have stayed at La Puerta de Nerja Hostel Boutique. The location is ideal as it is very close to bars and restaurants. Burriana Beach is a 15 minute picturesque walk away. The staff were extremely friendly especially the staff on the rooftop terrace, where we went at the end of an evening. A big thank you to the mature gentleman, his grandson and the waitress who were very attentive.. we loved the cake!!
We would definitely recommend this hostel and will plan to return...

Hotels remote, but beautiful. In fairness it was better than good, very good even, just not quite 5 stars.
Not many brits here, good or bad make your own mind up. But I would recommend learning sone spanish. Its definitely alpreciated.
Buffet food was good, plenty to choose.
And plenty of booze too.
Would defo recommend to families, couples and anyone else for that matter.
