"The property is beautiful but nothing is open on the weekends. The elevators are extremely slow and there was always a long line. We were there for three nights and did not receive any housekeeping. The front desk was very unfriendly and gave conflicting information from when I had called prior to checkin. Overall, meh "

"We had two rooms. Room 512 had a nasty odor. It was very difficult to be in the room, let alone sleep. We kindly explained our situation to the front desk receptionist and she absolutely refused to change our room. We had not used the room or unpacked. She said the best she could do was have the maintenance man 'spray something'. She even told us that the hotel was not full but she could NOT offer us another room. We will never stay at Candlewood Suites again."

"Overall really liked the hotel. Fun decor and art, loved the toiletries in the bathroom, bed was clean and comfortable. A couple of times the staff was a little less than friendly, and we had a cold shower one morning. But overall we enjoyed our stay!"

"Breakfast was good. My kids really enjoyed the waffle maker.. very friendly staff. My only complaint would be the air-conditioning unit ran very cold. I had to turn the heat on to get the temperature above 65, even though we had the thermostat set at 68. other than that, it was great. Comfortable beds clean room."
