"We loved this hotel! I definitely will be staying here again on my next trip to Switzerland. We rented an EV car and you’re able to charge it during your stay. Even though it was a bit further from the hiking activities we did, having the car and driving to them worked out perfectly for us. "Our stay at this resort was very disappointing and far from what we expected from a holiday destination. Check-in starts at 4 pm while check-out is at 10 am, leaving guests with limited time to enjoy their stay. On arrival, many guests were left sitting in the scorching sun waiting for someone to appear at reception, as staff are only available during designated hours despite this being a large resort. "It appeared we were the only guest there and had the property to ourselves which was a little bit weird. But the morning breakfast was excellent! "
