"We travel a lot but we have never seen such a nice staff anywhere. Shayan is a sweetheart and extremely nice and helpful. My son was sick and one of staff went out of her way to make kitchen make a soup for him. You don’t see these kind of stuff often. Thank you to all the staff.!"

"The hotel was clean and tidy rooms are on the smaller size but were manageable! No aircon or cool areas to sit in made it a little unpleasant during some hot temperatures. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful!"

"Uniquely quirky with Cowboy bar theme. Staff very nice, obliging to every request. Excellent food, buffet breakfast and Texmex dinner. Located next to busy main road roundabout with 24 hour noisy traffic, which you have to get used to over your stay. Reception staff need to inform guests of requirement to be quiet after 22.00, which is a Swiss regulation."

"Not so friendly staff at the reception, was okay to talk to but would not discuss or make me aware of a few other details he happily relayed to the preceding customer during checkin. He would then hastily tell me about the room location which was very confusing to access to (may be not for him but a first time visitor would simply get lost!!) and I am relatively good with directions. The lack of an extra bed for our daughter when we had very clearly mentioned that we were 3 people in the room--...

"Due to my late arrival and early departure, I did not interact directly with staff, only through messaging. However, they were VERY attentive and super helpful. The room and facility were clean and organized. It’s not the newest place in the world, but is very well kept and quite charming. I had absolutely not complaints. With the recent heat wave, the fan that was in the room was a welcome treat! Thanks for a very pleasant stay!!"

"I would give our stay a 6/10. Unfortunately the room that we stayed in was older and not updated, plus it did not have AC (which I understand most hotel rooms in Switzerland don't but still), and so overall it just didn't feel worth the money (although all hotels are quite pricey in the area in general). "Hotel is very hot during summer time as they do not have aircond. If we open the window all the flies are coming in. Old hotel, no elevator. Away from the city center."
