"Check in was smooth. Room was okay nothing spectacular. The shower is not private, coffee selection is minimal. If you purchase coffee from the bar/restaurant it’s very expensive and strong. They will tax you on EVERYTHING. We paid in advance for parking and they tax that which was more than the 2 nights of parking. So 2 nights of parking was $120.00 USD. "Its my 3rd time stay at Ibis Luzern. And always happy to come back this hotel. The location only 5 minutes using a bus from central luzern station (walking around 15 minutes). The room is good and the price so reasonable. They provide a microwave, hot water (coffee and tea) in lobby area. They give a Luzern pass too, so you can enjoy around luzern with free pass. "
