Excellent hotel and very comfortable in the old town. Rooms were on the smaller side but this is to be expected given the location.

Very nice hotel, feels very modern and new. Location is amazing, about 15 mins from the city centre on the tram which is right outside the hotel. It has great amenities and restaurants around it too. We were upgraded for free which was a really nice surprise. Parking is relatively expensive at 30 euros a day but you are in Munich and there are free alternatives around it if you have the time and patience to find them. If we ever stay in Munich again we will not look anywhere else but to stay at...

Great hotel, underground parking and nice breakfast

On arrival after a hot and tiring journey, we were welcomed like family and made to feel at home. The staff were all exceptionally friendly, without being overly formal or fussy. Lovely oasis of calm in a hot and busy city.

Fabulous hotel. Friendly and helpful staff

The hotel is amazing as are all the staff that work there. We had zero issues whilst staying at the hotel. The rooms are kept very tidy and cleaned to perfection. The overall tidiness of the hotel is also incredible, absolutely spotless. The rooftop terrace has some amazing views which can be paired with a cold beverage on a hot summers day with the staff on hand to check on you and promptly take empties away. Staff very helpful, really enjoyed our stay.

We were happy to spend our evenings in the hotel bar. Well situated - within walking distance or short taxi ride of town centre, and in a lovely quiet area. Would definitely stay there again and have recommended it to friends. Staff were extremely helpful and polite.

A suprisingly quiet and calm location in downtown Munich.

Good value, convenient location

For the budget end of the Holiday Inn range this is an excellent hotel. Good location for the Hirschgarten park and Backstage concert venue. Easy to access via Sbahn, Ubahn and bus. What did confuse me at first was the 1st floor, which i was on is DOWN from reception. Will be looking at again in the future

This is our second time in the hotel , 8 years apart, the hotel is impeccable and very well maintained. Great area, perfect for a city break and very good for a family. Will recommend and hopefully will be back.

Very eclectic but staff excellent. Next to train and tube easy reach of main town. Free mini bar. Excellent value for money

Good hotel in the sense of room standard, comfy bed, good housekeeping and great breakfast. 5/7 mins from Munich Hbf and 15 min stroll to Old Town. Surrounding area is not great albeit not unsafe, so options at night near the hotel as limited, but if you want to use as a base for venturing outside Munich (used train for days in Nurmburg and Salzburg) then hard to fault in the round. If i was travelling back to Munich i would have no hesitation about staying here again.
