客室の掃除は行き届いたいましたがエスプレッソマシーンが安物でまともに出てくることの方が少なかったです。無料のコーヒーは1 Fでも提供されますが部屋への持ち帰りはＮＧ!最初は聞いてOKをもらって持ち帰ったにも関わらず、2回目にやや怖い顔で駄目だと言われました。室内で結果コーヒーはほぼ飲めなかったのは残念で改善点です。また、チェックイン前の荷物を自分でロッカーの部屋に持って行かせ、チェックイン後に自分で部屋に持っていくのは普通なのか？ミラノではもっと安いホテルでもポーターが持って行ってくれましたし、部屋に入れておいてくれました。

The room was spotless, opting out of housekeeping for 10 euros was great, there’s an amenities room to help yourself to extra towels, tea etc. Breakfast was good too. Would definitely stay again.

The room was spotless. Breakfast was great, lots of choice, I'd recommend the scrambled eggs, delicious. The staff were all very friendly, and the restaurant area was great for a coffee. Just a couple of things, We didn’t seem to be able to sort out the heating, a staff member did come and investigate and he thought it was fixed, but it was chilly in the evening and very warm overnight. With a double room, 2 chairs would have been nice. Saying that we had a fabulous time and would highly recommend the King's FH

A great choice for our Munich stay. It is a short walk from the old town, so a great location. The room was great. The breakfast was great with lots of choice. The gentlemen waiters at breakfast were so lovely and so efficient. We loved to relax in the bar/ lounge area for a night cap and chat about our adventures that day. I love the incentive the hotel use...if you don't have the housekeeping do your daily room clean then you hang a the supplied bag on the door and you get a voucher worth €10 to spend in the bar or on food. Overall...10/10!!

Great hotel, clean room, wonderful shower and bathroom, great location 4 min walk from the train station. Hotel was nicely decorated for the holidays, though we couldn't enjoy the lounge area due to the smoke. Appreciated the lemon water available by reception. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Expedia bookers beware that if you select a double comfort room which CLEARLY shows two beds- either two twins or a double and a twin-you will likely end up with a single queen bed. When I got to the room and discovered this, I immediately went downstairs to say hey I booked a room with two beds and was told that because I booked it through Expedia I would just get what they had left because it was a third party booking. I was then assured that the blankets on the bed came apart to make two separate blankets. I guess that somehow made up for not having the extra bed we booked and paid for?!?! I want to be clear- my friend and I spent nine days traveling between Germany and Austria- we booked every single hotel through Expedia and every hotel was exactly what we selected except this one. I was beyond unhappy about this hotel stay and the level of service and response I got. The noise level from the street was loud even on the fourth floor, the bed was quaint and cute but the mattress was terrible and again lacking the extra bed. I’m struggling to find nice things to say after a night where I got no sleep before a 24 hour travel day.

My stay at KING’s HOTEL First was fantastic. The location is excellent—within easy walking distance to the city center. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of options, including fresh juices and mimosas. The room was on the smaller side, but very clean and cozy. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Munich.

Beautiful hotel but despite it saying check in available until 4am we were locked out and unable to check in when we arrived just before midnight. My friend phoned the hotel twice with no answer. I tried t contact via app but nothing. Luckily a man wanting to check into the hotel across the road was in the same boat and was able to help us by speaking German to the night manager when he eventually got hold of him. He phoned this hotel from the opposite hotel and explained the issue. The night manager eventually arrived at the opposite hotel and then walked us over and checked us in correctly. Room was stunning. Apart from this it was amazing.

The room was exceptionally well appointed and had many more amenities than I realized. There is a Nespresso coffee maker and cozy duvets as well as built in sound system in the bathroom. The waterfall shower was excellent too.
