"Everything was good, better than expected, the area is busy and noisy but with aircon we could shut the windows and there was minimal noise. Having the essentials closet for top ups and fresh towels is great. The only problem we had was there was no hot water on the last day, they were working on it but it wasn’t fixed until the nex day, I guess these things happen. Overall would definitely stay again"

"Not sure we'll repeat this. Idea is okay- minimal staff and a small apt with living/dining/kitchen/bedroom. The apt was dark, even with all the lights on - but the problem was the lack of staff assistance. We never got an email with instructions and codes to get the key, and staff was only there a few hours a day. We got there mid-afternoon in a snowstorm and were lucky another guest let us in to try to work out how to get a key. After that we didn't really need people, but there were weird...
