Great property close to the Olympiapark. Right by a Subway station and simple to get anywhere in Munich. Room was spotless. Lots of green areas to explore.

Not a bad place for a short stay

Nice, modern, new, clean studio with fully equipped kitchen. Quiet, close to the metro station on U3. Fast internet. The studio apartment is small in size but is good for one night.

I was asked to pay extra fur my room to be cleaned. So I had to use same towels bedsheets for 3 days and for asking price , that was a bad service. Fur hygiene and room service 1 star

Up North of Munich

The reception is in the hotel next door The card didn’t work The receptionist gave me another room as the room the main reception have me was occupied The room is nice Tho it does not have a DOUBLE BED as advertised large single . I spoke to Hotels.com about this The staff .. non existent .. Outside in the big courtyard is shared with the hotel next door same company and student accommodation Can be noisey . The area is boring nothingness …luckily … the u bahn is right outside almost part of the hotel one entrance . They should have better and more towels and English language tv channels It was ok but wouldn’t stay again

Kleines funktionales Appartement. Für einen Kurzurlaub völlig ausreichend. Gutes Bett, allerdings hätte das Kopfkissen etwas fülliger sein können. Die Daunendecke Ist allerdings nicht für jeden geeignet. In der Küche war alles vorhanden.

Kompakti (1 hlön) ilmastoitu huone

Ilmastointi oli toimiva ja ranskalaisen parvekkeen eteen sai laskettua metalliset kaihtimet suojaamaan auringon paisteelta. Yhden hengen huone oli todella kompakti, mutta sieltä löytyi tarvittavat asiat. Huone oli yleisilmeeltään siisti, mutta liesi ja "keittiön" kaappit olivat pölyisiä. Huonesiivous kuuluu 1 krt / vkossa huoneen hintaan, lisäkerrat maksaa 15 €/krt.

Apartment hatte zwar eine Küche, jedoch war der nutzbare restliche Zimmerraum durch den langen Flur (Schnitt des Zimmers) sehr klein. Bin mir im Nachhinein auch nicht sicher, ob ich das gebuchte Business Zimmer erhalten habe. Bad gut, jedoch sollte man die schwarzen Flecken (Schimmel ?) in den Bodenecken entfernen / besser reinigen. Badlüfter lief teilweise ohne erkennbaren Grund intervallmäßig auf voller Leistung, somit sehr laut im Zimmer hörbar. Und bitte unbedingt die katastrophalen Kissen austauschen. Null Komfort, fallen zusammen und stützen nicht. So dünn, wie eine Sommerdecke. Ansonsten Preis/Leistung o.k. Parken für 20 Euro sehr teuer, ist halt München. Bodentiefe Fenster waren om 7. Stock vollständig zu öffnen, top zum Lüften.

とても綺麗な、良いホテルです。地下鉄の駅からは 徒歩1分以内で立地としては最高です。ただし、周辺にスーパーなどの買い物はできる場所がなく、食事が取れるレストランなども非常に少ないため、ものすごく便利がいいとは言えません。逆に言えば喧騒からは遠く離れているため 非常に静かだということは言えます。料理をするための設備 だけではなく、カトラリーや食器などの道具もほぼ問題なく 揃えられているため長期滞在者にはある意味 理想的なホテルです。中の設備なども非常に良いため お勧めできると思います。

super sauberes Zimmer, bequemes und größeres Einzel Bett, mechanische Jalousien, renoviertes Bad mit regendusche chill area im Erdgeschoss - die ganze Nacht lief der Abzug im bad und ich hatte keine Ahnung, wie man das ausschaltet. - wieso der Check in eine 10/10 hat verstehe ich nicht. Ich musste einen Telefon Hörer abnehmen und 1-2 Minuten warten bis jemand dran ging nur um mir zu sagen dass der Check in im hotel neben an ist. Ich finde das sehr umständlich. es gab im Zimmer keinen Haartrockner und kein Duschgel, was meiner Meinung nach das Minimum ist, was ich an einer Unterkunft erwarte. Föhn ok, gibts öfter mal, dass sowas an der Rezeption nachgefordert werden muss, aber Duschgel??? Ich hab mich halt mit der Handseife gewaschen… Rezeption wie gesagt im Hotel nebenan. Super freundlich und zuvorkommend, aber alle meine Wünsche wollte ich nicht äußern, weil ich den Aufwand für die Angestellten als zu umständlich empfinde. Die müssen ja 300m um die Ecke laufen, um mir was zu bringen. Das ist mir unangenehm. - Es gibt in Der Umgebung, keine Geschäfte. Dem wurde versucht entgegenzuwirken, indem ein Snackautomat aufstellt, wurde, der zur Hälfte leer war und keinerlei Getränke enthielt.

Good place. Restaurant on site great as well. One lady at the front desk was really nice. Thank you. I did not get her name. Delivery of mail was great as well. Convenient PACKSTATION right in front of the properties and apartments. Side walk and nearby places are good. Laundry on site is clean. Gas station on the corner has plenty of groceries and items to stock the apartment. Anything else. Cleaning crew obedient and here when they are needed. I recommend using their gloves when cleaning the bathroom. Once or twice a week for cleaning is good for the whole apartment except for the kitchen.

Ordentlich, aber Luft nach oben

Ein gut eingerichtetes Appartement bei dem doch etwas fehlt und das ein oder andere verbessert werden könnte. Der Fernseher und Internetrouter stehen auf dem Schreibtisch und "rauben" Platz. Darüberhinaus fehlt eine Kofferanlage. Das Kopfkissen ist allerdings eine Vollkatastrophe. Aufgeplustert sieht es noch gut aus. Sobald man sich aber drauflegt wird es zu einem Hauch von Nichts.....

Sehr stark abgewohnt und defekt. Der laute Lüfter im Bad läuft 24/7. Für 2 Personen viel zu klein nur ein Stuhl kein Tisch. Die Lage ist gut.

Gut und günstig

Schönes Haus, vor allem das Entree. Günstige Lage an der U-Bahn-Station Oberwiesenfeld. Unkomplizierter Check-in im benachbarten H4-Hotel. Leider diesmal kleine Mängel: TV-Fernbedienung ging nicht und in der Dusche waren um den Ablaufbereich erhebliche Kalkrückstände, deshalb nicht die volle Punktzahl. Sonst alles gut, werde bestimmt wiederkommen!

Wie immer alles gut, nur wäre es angesichts der winterlichen Temperaturen schön gewesen, wenn das Fenster nicht den ganzen Tag gekippt gewesen wäre. Das Zimmer war anfangs etwas kalt. In der Dusche fehlt eine Ablage für Shampoo und Duschgel. Sonst ist die Ausstattung top!

W-LAN hat nicht funktioniert. Klimaanlage (Heizung) ist nicht zuverlässig auszuschalten, sodass sich mitten in der Nacht die Heizung einschaltet und die Schlafumgebung zur Hitzekammer wird. Zudem surrt die Heizung ständig - zusammen mit der Lüftung im Bad (ständig eingeschaltet) und dem Kühlschrank gibt es ein Konzert von drei Brummern - tags, nachts, immer.

Perfekte Unterkunft

Super-Unterkunft, nur wenige Meter von der U-Bahn-Haltestelle Oberwiesenfeld entfernt. Check-in rund um die Uhr im benachbarten Hotel möglich. Schönes, sauberes Apartment mit Küche und bequemer Matratze. Ich war vor längerer Zeit schon mal hier, keine Ahnung mehr, warum ich damals nur vier von fünf Sternen bzw. acht von zehn gegeben habe. Diesmal gibt es jedenfalls die volle Punktzahl für einen perfekten Aufenthalt.
