"The staff at Regina Wengen could not have been more helpful and friendly. WOW!! Our room had a balcony with an AMAZING view of the mountains. We could have sat there all day on our balcony as it was truly unbelievable, but there were mountain trails and peaks to climb. The breakfast too was SOOOO good. We only got to enjoy it one day as we had to leave early the second morning, but the staff made us a bagged breakfast. We were warned that it would not be that great, but it was appreciated nonetheless. The saunas were an added bonus. The only thing about Regina that needs addressed is her bedroom furniture, namely the chairs. Very stained. Still, it has to be one of the best hotel room views in the world."

"We had a two bedroom apartment with an amazing view of the mountain. Fantastic location right in the heart of Interlaken and bus stop right out front. Great view of all the paragliders. Only complaint was the towels were awful. Like - scratchy and small - something you'd find at a low-budget hotel. Really seemed off-brand to have cheap towels at a nice hotel."

"Beautiful classic hotel; amazing views; good breakfast; convenient dining for dinner. While I appreciate the classic decor, the faucet in our room dripped hot water, unable to turn off. Also, it was very difficult to use the shower without spraying the entire bathroom. The family room was perfect for us with adequate room to stand up in the loft."

"They clean the Room daily but dont put attention to the details like leaving more soap or coffee. Then the location was amazing, the breakfast was meh. The bed really comfty. The people from the hotel very sweet."

"This hotel was perfect for our family! We had our young 3 1/2 year old daughter and the room was set up upon arrival with the pullout couch bed for her. Great views of the bay from the balcony, awesome gravel running path around the lake, but most of all, incredible staff! From reception desk to the restaurant staff everyone was great! A special thank you to Vivian at the front desk who patiently helped us in multiple days figure out fun adventures that were good for a 3 year old! Highly recommend this hotel!"
