"The hotel appears to be set up more as a conference centre than the as advertised relaxing spa hotel. We booked this hotel for the spa experience/treatment but found out on arrival that the spa doesn't open until after 5 pm (when the conferences finish). We booked a massage (they had to get someone in because they don't have an onsite masseuse) we asked if it would be possible to have at least the whirlpool switch on for after the massage but they left it drained. "Eine wunderbare Erfahrung von A-Z. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und unser Zimmer war absolut perfekt. Alles frisch renoviert und perfekt ausgestattet. Das Restaurant bietet mit dem Modellzug eine riesen Attraktion für Klein und Gross. Das Essen und der Service waren ebenfalls absolut fantastisch. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet alles was man braucht über Heiss- und Kaltgetränke, Joghurt, Käse, Aufschnitt, Pancakes, diverse Brote usw."
