"Very disappointing experience. The staff provided misleading information, and the room’s A/C was broken from the start. A maintenance technician was sent, but after waiting a long time, the issue was never fixed. I requested a room change, but it was already too late and I ended up having to leave. To make matters worse, I felt I was overcharged without a clear explanation. Overall, the service and accommodations did not meet expectations. I will not be staying here again and would recommend spending your money elsewhere."

"Beautiful stay, very quiet and peaceful. Room looked and felt clean except the bath tub but we didn’t use it. The bed was a pull down which was interesting. Staff was attentive and room service was quick. Property was stunning, especially at dusk and dawn. Overall, was a lovely getaway and would definitely stay here again."
