"Residence le Pastel Jeanne d’Arc – Toulouse Very disappointing stay 👎 The only positive thing about this place is the convenient location. Unfortunately, everything else was far below expectations. The room was very small, old, and had an unpleasant smell. The overall atmosphere felt uncomfortable and even a bit creepy, which made it hard to relax. We originally booked and paid for two nights, but after the first night, we decided to leave early because we simply didn’t feel comfortable...

"Sofia is so gracious and very accommodating to work with. the apartments is very quiet and has an medieval feel with stone walls. It is roomy with a vaulted ceiling. The bathroom and kitchenette is very adequate and all the things you need are available to use, like olive oil, herbs, plastic wrap and paper towels. Well located in historic La Chartruese area. 2 minuite walk to village and 15 walk to abbaye Saint Andre. Thank you"

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement dans un quartier calme ,très proche du centre. Parking à côté Propre , lit confortable. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation. "
