"Room was very clean, staff was very accommodating in suggesting places, or getting a cab, was courteous in checking us in a little early; breakfast was reasonably price and filling. Location was walking distance to the National Mall, which was our intended place of visit; walking at night was also safe."

"Wow wow wow! I had an AMAZING stay at the pendry hotel. I went there alone for some much needed rest and relaxation, the way I like to spend my birthdays. It was simply the best hotel stay experience I’ve had in a long while and in DC. My room was clean and comfortable with view of the pool. What I can truly say made my stay that much better was the staff! Super helpful and friendly, as soon as I mentioned it was my birthday they pulled so many stops for me. Shawn brought me a bottle of champagne (my fave)! I then received some macaroons with a happy birthday message! When I called request items like an iron (my steamer was working) and a room kettle, everything was quickly brought to me by a very friendly face. The breakfast at their rooftop restaurant moonraker is very convenient although some choices were better that others (go for the waffle) and a beautiful spot with a wonderful view of the wharf. The pool was beautiful and clean, nice cool unique pool seats and lounging seats. The only thing that I found a little inconvenient was the parking and checkout process, because it’s a boutique hotel and only 2 staff at the front desk it gets a little crowded fast but honestly not a huge complaint for me. I was fine waiting a little longer because my experience was all around wonderful. Best staycation in awhile, I’ll certainly return to the hotel when I want a quick local and luxurious get away!"

"This was the perfect location for my conference. Convenient to the metro, there were two food halls close by. Target is one block up. The front desk staff were courteous and assisted with metro questions. As a single female traveling this was a perfect location and would stay here again."
