Do not know if it was Expedia or the place but the initial booking was a mess… the girl was trying to be helpful and stated that she would refund our first night but have not received any communications…. If you want “economy” in ever since of the word… no extra pillows walls are thin you can hear everyone’s conversations…. However the location is awesome… very convenient for walking to the inlet…. There is no elevator so pack light and they are held together by plywood

The front desk receptionist was very helpful. The shower made a loud ringing sound only complaint. Perfect spot by the beach.

Room wasn’t very clean when I arrived, I found dead beetles and toilet paper pieces on the floor. The bedding was stained.

Highly recommended, apartment with four bedrooms very spacious, three of the bedrooms have their own bathroom, very close to the beach and boardwalk , for a large family needs to have more cups and a kettle . Very nice place.

It was a basic room, but it was very clean, the beds were so comfy. The location was perfect to the boardwalk, parking was horrible. The space was so tiny. The lady who ran the desk a receptionist out front was so sweet and helpful. I would definitely rebook in a heartbeat.

Room was clean but the hotel is old and outdated. Tiny shower in bathroom. We specifically got a room with a full sized refrigerator but it was broken. They did give us a mini fridge to use instead. Very close to the boardwalk. The lady at the front desk during the day was great.

I am not sure where to start. Its more like a room in a house and its very dates. There was how ever a small refrigerator in the room. The beds and pillows are not the Hilton. But you get what you pay for. The parking is very very tight and can be challenging to squeeze into. The staff are very helpful and they did change out towels and trash.

Once I was finally able to find this disgusting motel, I was greeted by a porch full of rude residents who said I wasn’t allowed to park my car anywhere and should leave it running on the street. When I tried calling the motel, there was no answer. I went upstairs to check in, there was no one there to do that, I called the number on the desk, no answer. Not that I would have stayed anyways as the place was dirty, appeared to be generally unsafe, no parking, the list goes on. My kids and I left and found a different place to stay. I wasn’t able to get a refund because there was no one to ask. Awful experience, DO NOT RECOMMEND

Horrible experience won't be staying again! We drove 8 hours and as soon as we got there it was crap. No one at the check in desk just a phone number to call. Also because no one is working it's a free for all all night. Drunk ppl screaming all hours. Then me and my husband go to the beach come back and find a man in our bed and when I went to the front desk to find out what the heck was going on she said oh well your room was clean so we assumed u check out early. I was flabbergasted and then she proceeded to get an attitude saying it was a mistake. Also the man in our bed was the workers boyfriend she said oh that's just my boyfriend I'll go get him out. I checked out that second. Call Expedia and they got me a full refund. Won't be recommending at all. We moved over to the Americana hotel right next door and they were amazing in every way

All in all, the location is amazing. I do feel that the price is comparable to other hotels near the boardwalk. The hotel offers little to no amenities, however, and the front desk is only staffed for part of the day. This makes it difficult when you come back to your room and realize after staffing hours that you have only been provided two towels for four adults or you run out of toilet paper in the middle of the night. These items should be available at all hours but instead they're locked up until the housekeeping staff arrive the next morning, which is typically between 10am and 11am. Finally, if you're a taller or larger individual, I recommend requesting a room with a full sized bathroom. Some of the rooms provide only a toilet and shower stall tucked away in a tiny closet with the sink outside of the bathroom. The shower stall is actually 1/3 the size of the outdoor shower, which makes it very difficult to maneuver. .
