"This is the perfect Newport location. An easy walk up the hill to Belleview and the Art Museum. Just a few minutes down the hill to Bowen's or Bannister's Wharf and Thames Street. A ten minute stroll to Broadway. Our deluxe room was a very nice suite, however, no drawers in the bedroom and the refrigerator was on the floor in bedroom closet. Both problems easily remedied with a bit of thought. The staff member at the desk when we checked in was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, other staffers...

Every employee we interacted with was so nice and willing to offer recommendations for things to do and places to eat in the area and asked about our day anytime we came back to the property for the evening. Our room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The coffee, tea, and hot chocolate were available 24 hours a day which was just an added plus! Will definitely stay here again for future visits to...

"Let me preface by saying that the staff that I dealt with during my actual weekend stay were wonderful. However, today I noticed a double charge on my bank account. I called my bank who told to contact the hotel directly. This was the most aggressive and nasty customer service I’ve ever encountered from any one at any level from any business!! A man who CSA is his Michael, referred to himself as a manager spoke to me in the rudest manner and proceeded to tell me that no one else can assist me...

"The location was perfect!! View of the ocean and use of the front deck overlooking the water was beautiful! Place was clean, property was well maintained. I will say that our bed was not very comfortable at all. It was a bit disappointing as we didn’t sleep well. Other then that it was a lovely stay"
