"There were a couple hiccups I will list here but I also want to say there were the same issues at many other hotels in the area at the same time so this seems to be the norm at the moment. Our room was not ready at check in however Mickey at the front desk was awesome and kept in contact with us while we waited. We were able to head to the pools until we could get pin to our room. The staff was working hard to get rooms ready but it appears they may be short staffed just like every other...

"Shamira, Hannah and the other ladies at the front desk are so lovely! They made sure I never even opened the entrance door by myself! Very sweet, great service, excellent communication and even when the lobby was jam packed they treated everyone the same as if they were the only ones in there! "
