"The hotel and staff were nice. I chose this hotel specifically because the breakfast buffet offered was supposedly wonderful. I found it average and not replenished or stocked that well. We waited as long as possible for eggs and pancakes to be replenished; but they never were. We arrived at 800 am for breakfast. No big deal- still a nice hotel."

"Overall pretty good hotel, especially the price compared to a lot of the other options. The location is great, the bathroom was great, the room was good, Great location in the heart of Ocean Shores. The bathroom and shower were great. The bed was pretty good. Hardwood floors in the room was great, but I wish I had a broom to sweep away the loose sand on the floor from the beach excursions. Getting in and out with a coded door makes it really simple. I communicated with hotel support over text in hopes for an early check-in on a Fri, but wasn't able to get it done. Which isn't a terrible thing because this can be a nice-to-have and shouldn't be expected for any hotel. But very good responsiveness from support staff over text. Parking was good enough, I was a little nervous we wouldn't get a spot after leaving for a night and coming back late, but it ended up being fine. The only bad part isn't really that bad, but it was really warm in the room with NO air conditioning.. there was a box fan in the room which helped, but I needed to prop the door open to get some cool air coming into the fan. p.s. i rated the amenities low simply because there weren't really any amenities to speak of.."

"The room was clean and comfortable. My only issue in the room was that the lighting over the vanity was not as good as it should have been. The fitness center equipment was disappointing in that both the elliptical machine and the treadmill made horrible mechanical noises while trying to use them. They needed service attention."

"Beautiful property, entry stairs difficult to maneuver with luggage. Refrigerator didn't make ice. AC doesn't kick on till 78 degrees! No staff to contact, all by phone/text. Some of us still like someone to speak with directly. Was a great location. Quiet, in a nice area."
