Online hot tub...arrived cold tub Breakfast was a few pastries and coffee...not enough for all guests and gone an hour and a half before checkout.. refrigerator only slightly cooler than room...never cool enough to safely store food

Our room on the third floor had a great view of the ocean and could hear the pounding of the ocean when opening the window. We saw a few deer down below over the course of several days feeding. Beautiful building with an elevator and all the front desk staff were really friendly.

These guys were absolutely fantastic super accommodating had to make an emergency trip access state and allowed for late check in with wonderful communication throughout the whole process couldn’t have asked for more will totally stay here anytime!

Their staff were all very friendly and helpful. The evening front desk lady, Dana, was a real hoot. The bed was very comfy. Unfortunately the hot tub wasn’t working, but otherwise everything was as advertised. Nothing fancy, just a good and comfortable place to stay.

The staff was super friendly. They don't have daily housekeeping unless you ask for someone to come in, but if we needed anything, they provided it quickly. The sign out front looked tattered (perhaps they expected their new replacement sign to be installed sooner), and there was a patch job on the room's wall and in the bathroom. But it was clean, smelled clean, shower was good, and was comfortable. Had both microwave and minifridge.

This was a great hotel for pets and a short trip to Ocean Shores for clamming. The only issue we had is there is barely any parking. The pool was very clean and the staff were really friendly and helpful! The night shift gal is great and stayed late just so we could check in!

This is in the midst of a new company taking over this hotel. Staff were great. Rooms are not convenient for space with a couple grandkids. Trying to fix and serve food is limited. You can go down and meet with other in your group and eat food in their breakfast area.

The pool was great. Staff nice and friendly. Rooms need some work. I would stay again if I got a good deal. I would try to get the 3rd floor with hopes of an ocean view. No beach trail from hotel.

When I first arrived at 9pm there was no one at the front desk, no bell to ring, I have to just wait around until someone finally showed up. I was even calling the hotel as I stood there and no one was answering. The girl finally came and gave me a room key. I went to the room and this first room they gave us smelt horrible and there were brown stains all over the bed. I told the front desk that I was not going to sleep in that disgusting room. She gave me a new room and told me the wrong room number. After trying to get into the room she said with no luck I went back to the front desk and she wasn’t even there. There were two other guests at the desk who asked if I was 318 and I said yes and the guest said “oh, she told us that if you came back down that your actually in 317 and that she’s so sorry that she told you the wrong room nunber”. That was annoying! The second room was clean, quiet and nice. I tried then tried the pool and it was so tiny that only one family could swim in it at a time. I will not be staying here again.

The pool and jacuzzi are very nice. Staff was great and very helpful. It was very clean. Modern furniture. Comfortable beds! Great value, highly recommend to anyone.

The person at the front desk who checked us in, I think Dana was her name, was awesome. Super nice, friendly and excellent customer service. She should be trainer in hospitality customer service because she cares about the guests and it shows.

The staff were cheerful and friendly. Front desk staff were helpful and professional. I was traveling with young children (4 and 7 yrs), so the pool and hot tub made their day. If you are looking for a pleasant, affordable and family friendly hotel, this is the perfect place.

Average place to stay. Clean and had comfortable beds. The pool was small but warm which was great for the kids. Could hear the room next door pretty well. Dont count on any food in the morning or coffee for that matter.

Our room did not have shampoo, conditioner, soap. The shower curtain was too short. The sink drained slowly. The carpet in our room did not look good. The backyard where you can let your pet do their business needed some attention or pet owners should be more responsible about their pets. The room above ours had a child running around and its footsteps were loud and annoying especially when you’re trying to get some rest and had to get up early the next morning. They had coffee and mini muffins available for breakfast.

This hotel seemed really great until the coffee situation in the morning. The coffe pot was actually a kuerig and not a normal one. There were no paper cups in the room so we could not brew coffee even if it did work. We also did not receive any room service. Our trash was overflowing since we were there for 3 nights. Also the continental breakfast was just a bunch of super cheap prepakaged walmart brand breakfast snacks. It wouldve been perfect for a young child. It was almost a nice hotel but the coffee thing really ruined it for me. Everything else was just fine.

Thank you for staying with us. All of our rooms have a mini fridge, microwave, and a Keurig coffee machine. Our housekeeping services are by request only between the times of 10AM to 2PM. We appreciate the feedback and will inform our higher ups to see about more variety for our pastries.
