"Everything was spotless. Staff were super helpful. Amenities were great."

"The hotel was under heavy renovation and it was pretty evident everywhere except for the front entrance area. The carpets in the hallway were extremely dirty and the stairway seemed to be falling apart. If it weren't for the renovations actively happening, I would have just assumed the place was falling apart. Our room appeared to be in much better condition upon first glance, but that changed once we got back to our room for the night. We dropped our bags off and that had to go to another...

"The room was clean and parking was great. We had a great view of the beach from our balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was an issue with them being short-staffed during our stay so we had difficulty securing bedding for the pull out couch as well as enough towels and wash cloths for our large party. "Cheryl at the front desk was very helpful with helping us get around the area and save time and money. The property and room were clean. The location of the hotel was very convenient. Park and ride was right behind the hotel. The beds are a little worn. And the pillows are very soft. Bring your own pillow if you like firmness."
