"I have stayed at this hotel several times and the stays were absolutely amazing. Room nicely decorated and clean friendly staff. This time however the first room I was assigned to had dirty walls and none of the lights worked properly on the lamp stand or the bathroom. When I reported this to the front desk while asking for a room transfer the first thing he asked was if it was because of the lights not working which tells me the hotel is aware of these issues. "We stayed for 5 nights checking in Sunday and out on Friday. We chose this hotel for the nicer looking continental breakfast, price and location. The full breakfast advertised was not available until our 4th day. There was cereal, toast and watered down juice the other days. We were told their shipment didn't come in. Mind you we are surrounded by grocery stores and a Walmart is a half mile down the road. Management did not take the initiative to get what was needed themselves to take care of...

"Door did not close unless forced shut accidentally left it open.Pool has looses bricks around it . Someone left baby poop outside the pool by chairs no one cleaned it up in the 2 days we were there.Got locked out of room over 1 hour and had to exchange key cards 3 separate occasions because they did not work."
