"2nd time we stayed here, the hotel is always clean and the front staff member with the red hair sadly I forgot her name but she was very professional and friendly"

Our room smelled like an ashtray. Assuming the people who live in the room beside smoke inside. The room beside also played loud music all hours of night and morning making it hard to sleep. They also had a barking dog. We paid for a poolside room and were placed in the back of the building. The smoke...
