"They shut the elevators off but one long wait time to be able to get to your room.ice machines were broke.the pools were not very clean.not worth the price you pay for it"

"Very poor customer service. I made my reservation two weeks in advance and expected the hotel to honor my booking. On the day of check-in, my flight was delayed, so I called the hotel and spoke with the manager. I explained that I would be arriving late, and she assured me that it would not be a problem. When I finally arrived, the receptionist informed me that the hotel was sold out and that my room had been given away. I was told they had tried to contact me but could not find my phone...

"Everything was great there except the elevator hardly worked and they had to fix it several of times. Also when it does work it takes a while for it to get to ur floor because there is only one elevator in the building. Other than that, everything was great"

"I have stayed at the Schooner Inn several times in the past 2 years traveling between Greenville, NC and Dover, DE to visit family. It is a great location and convenient to restaurants. The room is clean and very comfortable. One of my favorite restaurants is the Waterman’s Grill and is walking distance. Strongly recommend staying here."

"Hotelroom smelled like cigarette smoke. We let the AC fan run for 6 hours and it still smlled bad. The floor in the room was dirty, full of sand and food crumbs. "

Hot water took 20 minutes to warm the shower or reach kitchen sink. Rooms looked clean but, Found trash behind a dresser. Sticky spots on counters and in drawers next to bed. Ants in shower. Lights are led and strangely wired. Smell of a gas leak near EV chargers. All was brought to staff attention and included maintenance. No one could offer us any help beyond...

"What a beautiful hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean too. We enjoyed the morning breakfast a lot. All the delicious food was fresh and hot. We definitely will stay at the Sheraton again on a return trip."
