"Our room was not nice compared to all the other ones. We paid $20 for early check in and they literally gave us the only room that was not updated. It smelled and it was very old and not clean. The other rooms looked nicer so do not stay in room 114. I wish they would have told us before hand the room was not the same as the others because we wouldn’t have done early check in"

"I was put in a handicapped room , it was fine but not mentioned when I asked if I can check in early.

"Interesting space. Nice pool area and close to ammenities. Space didnt have proper lighting, so it made it hard to get ready. Lights would flick on and off. There was an emergency in the middle of the night, and all residents had to be evacuated. None of the staff was present, and providing any real information to the residents. "

"I stepped out of the shower and walked across the room. I went to dry my feet and they were filthy. So I took my towel and mopped the floor and it was black when I was done. Tub faucet was broken and tub was filthy. Bed was like a cheap fold out couch. Made reservations through Expedia and had a refund due. This motel was delaying and making excuses while it wasn’t their responsibility. Finally had to get Expedia to have a chat with them. Went for a coffee in the morning and they were out....

"The location was good. The room was clean and comfortable.
I was unable to sleep after about 6am due to the sound of clanking and banging (feet maybe) above me and in the hallway. The hotel needs to work on sound proofing.
Even in budget hotels, this has not been an issue. I was super tired after a 485 mile road trip and really needed to sleep."
