Room was nice, clean and spacious. If I needed anything I just went down to the lobby and staff were very helpful with anything I needed at any time. Nighttime front desk Sue was always so helpful to me and so friendly with getting me anything I needed. Walls were nice and thick too; couldn't hear anyone next to us or above us at all.

There is a smell when you enter the hotel. We are not sure if it is a musty smell. They were cleaning when we arrived, but that smell was there even after they cleaned. The floors in our room were sticky, but the cleaning staff were quick to come and re-mop our floor, so it was much better. The staff were friendly and accommodating!

Parking very easy in front of hotel. Staff friendly but you may have to ask specifically for things you need. Rooms are clean but some of the bed covers weren’t changed. Kitchen is ok and pots and pans plates and tensile needs to be requested if you need them. Unfortunately the elevator was out of service our entire stay.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times in last few years and it is always a good experience. The staff is always nice and helpful, and the rooms are clean and spacious. The only criticism I have would be the lack of an onsite restaurant, but there are restaurants close.

Wonderful staff- friendly and helpful. The property was clean (except around doorframes where it was very dirty). The beds were comfortable with soft sheets and the towels soft and fluffy. And no bed bugs! But it desperately needs updating. Everything is old and outdated. It was weird to have to request normal amenities from the front desk. Shampoo (and don’t forget to say “and conditioner” if you want both), a blow dryer, coffee pot. Why advertise a full kitchen when you can’t use it without getting dishes and utensils from the front desk?
