"Where do I start ? So the check-in process was super easy since I was with Expedia. The room was amazing!! Large, clean and everything you need was there. My only complaint about the room were the 3 small pillows they give you. Why not get bigger pillows to match the size of the bed?? It was a very quiet room, so I slept well.
The next morning, I got up expecting to have a nice breakfast as is listed on Expedia. I go downstairs to find two older ladies asking about a cup of coffee. There are two young kids working the desk, which is empty, and they tell the ladies it will be about an hour for more coffee because they have to wait until someone from Housekeeping gets there to make it. SAY WHAT??
Now I don't drink coffee myself, but I have worked Front Desk at a few hotels as well as been a Front Desk Manager for a few. There is NO REASON to have two people standing around doing NOTHING at the Front Desk, and not have coffee available during Breakfast Hours.
But the kicker to this..... There is NO HOT BREAKFAST due to this hotel deciding not to go back to having a hot breakfast after COVID. That tells me this hotel is CHEAP and EVERYONE should AVOID giving them any business.
NEWSFLASH..... COVID ENDED YEARS AGO!! QUIT USING THIS AS AN EXCUSE!!
And please EXPEDIA..... REMOVE THE INFO ABOUT A BREAKFAST. A bowl of bananas and apples, and some granola bars IS NOT a breakfast. Especially for the price I paid for the room."
