When you ring the doorbell he comes to meet you from an adjacent property to check you in and give you your keys. Reclamo a hotels.com por la doble y me dicen que el Hotel no contesta, también reclamo el pago al Hotel y dicen hacer un reingreso que nunca llegó ....Así que hoy procedí a la reclamacíón por via oficial y a la finalización con Hotels.com que es Expedia y con la cual tenía relación por más de 10 años....pasando a la competencia...
