"I was a solo female here and It was amazing, my roommates personally were just quiet and respectful. The staff were super nice and attentive. Not even 10 minute away was the closest station, conveniently was near Akihabara and Asakusa! I would recommend this spot especially for those that are females and solo but would say at night it is practically empty so just be careful!"

"I have stayed at the hotel four year in a raw. It is a very convenient hotel. It is very clean and quiet. Location is wonderful with shops, restaurants, and entertainment options nearby. I see that not-so-frendly staff members left. All members of the staff this year were very kind and had a great service attitude. Thank you! See you next year!"

"This is definitely a unique experience, so don't expect a traditional hotel setup. The capsule was comfortable, and I especially loved the firm mattress. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay.If you're traveling light, on a budget, and looking for a great location, this is an excellent option. Keep in mind that large luggage storage is limited, although you can leave bigger bags at the front desk. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay...
