Staff were excellent, helpful and accommodating through my stay!
Walking distance from JR Shinbashi station is very nice. I was grateful that they provide a big hot bath tub❤️ So nice and clean every where. I loved there.
Clean room, shared amenities and provided food and drinks were very nice. Unfortunately only one shower stall at this location so if you aren’t comfortable with taking a shared bath you may have to wait for the shower.
I have to give props to the staff, the front desk was so helpful and professional with their patience and information. I had a wonderful experience and would stay there with my girlfriends.
Super friendly staff. It was really quiet. Everyone was so considerate and stayed as quiet as possible. The pod itself was surprising so cozy and comfortable. The mattress and pillows were the perfect firmness/ softness for me personally.
This was my first experience in a Japanese spa hotel and my first visit to a women's hotel.
The bathhouse experience was unique and a great experience for a non-Japanese person.
The staff were friendly. I really enjoyed the lounge on the 9th floor.
Excellent capsule hotel, being all women, felt really safe. The location is not the best but it's from the walking distance of the train station so you can still easily get around. My capsule was very clean and felt spacious.
Excellent value for money. Close to a main train station on and entrance is on a main street . There is food and drinks, alcoholic and soft, available as part of your stay, food is mostly noodles and a curry, but was delicious. The upstairs common room is small but was a good space to relax in. As in most Japanese establishments it is very quiet. Was given an instruction sheet in English about the rules and procedures of using the capsule hotel and onsen. Have stayed in another capsule hotel and used an onsen before so I was familiar with how everything works. Plenty of room for luggage, only a small locker but had areas in the changing room where large pieces of luggage could be chained up securely. Only downside was you had to wait ages for the lifts. If wanting an authentic capsule hotel experience and onsen, go for it.
First time to try a capsule hotel, exceeding my expectations! This women’s only hotel is amazing facilities, hot springs on the 8th floor. Very clean & all well thought off, food always available (Japanese rice, miso soup), ice cream & happy hour late afternoon included when you stayed - very rare in Tokyo! Walkable to Tokyo Tower, Shiba Park & a few izakayas near the shimbashi stn. Will def
Everything about the property is great. Staff was normal and polite. I wish the deep cleaned the public bath due to other foreigners not knowing the shower etiquette (shower first then bath). The pods were spacious and the inclusive food and drinks were great. Would come back.

Not a convenient location and people get noisy in the morning
This is an amazing hotel. They have thought of everything. The pod itself was spacious and really comfortable. I had a great night's sleep. The onsen and sauna were briiliant. The choice of toiletries was brilliant and the food and drink freely available in the wonderful lounge area was also brilliant. Not forgetting the wonderful massage chairs. All the staff were also really friendly and helpful. I really didnt want to leave and its my favourite hotel so far (Ive stayed in 8) Highly recommend you stay here.
Wanted to experience staying in a capsule hotel and I’m so glad I found this place. Such a great facility, the staff was very nice and the guests seemed to be all respectful of each other which was an added plus. To be honest, when I arrived I was a little confused at first since the locker rooms are in one floor and the capsule rooms are on another floor but I got adjusted to it the next day and it was no problem. The food, drinks, snacks and ice cream were great. I loved having curry for breakfast to start my day and then a nice shower and dip in the hot springs to end my day. If traveling solo or with girlfriends, would love to stay here again!
This capsule hotel was amazing!!! The staff were very friendly. The bathing facilities were great and they offered an array of different lotions, hair products etc to use for free. The capsule had separate temp control which was nice. The lounge offered free soda, juice, coffee, soup and liquor depending on time of day. Definitely will stay here again. Super Great price for all the you get!!!
I would recommend this capsule hotel for short stays, it has all amenities you will need. Storage can be an issues as they give small lockers, but they provide locks for additional bags as needed. Capsules were adequate size, but can be hot at times, and definitely not sound proof. The lack of privacy can be an issue for making phone calls. This was my first stay at this style of hotel and I enjoyed the experience, friendly and helpful staff.

The amenities were nice. There was musty smell in all the floors except the room floors. There is only one elevator so it will take while just to travel between floors. For awareness, this location has only one “western” shower. The rest are the communal sit down showers. If your goal is to meet new travelers from around the world, this place is not ideal.
It's overall a good option. They have free food and drinks in the upstairs lounge, and free booze every night. Typical for Japan, the place is immaculately clean and the service from the front desk is great. The location is good, about 10 minute walk to the yamanote line. Shinbashi is close and has lots of bars and restaurants.
From the perspective of a foreigner:
--Only some of the front desk agents spoke English, but they are all extremely patient. I was always able to communicate with the help of a translator app, so be prepared to be patient on your end too.
--The shower situation was different than what I am used to. There are no private shower stalls, but instead it is Japanese bath house style, where you sit on a plastic stool with pretty minimal privacy. If you are not comfortable with this, I recommend staying elsewhere.
--The clientelle is primarily Japanese businessmen. If you are a foreigner looking for a social experience, this is not it. It is VERY quiet (which may or may not be a good thing) including in the lounge. The general vibe is noone talks to each other and noone will talk to you either. I ran into only a couple other foreigners who I talked with for a bit but that was it.
--Keep in mind this is basically a hostel, so bring earplugs and a face mask.
