"Great location, simple check-in and comms. The bed is quite soft and pillows not the best - but apart from that it was a good stay. "

"No heater in the room. Spoke with the manager Jeanie in the morning about it and when I returned in the evening it was not working still. I called her about 19:30 and she said to call back in one your if it was still not working. To my surprise when I called back she never answer the Calls or SMS. I had to sleep wearing my clothes and 2 blanket just to get thru the nite. Worst experience I have had in a Hotel in my Travels thru the nórdics. "
