It was fine for a night. Its near the port so not ideal for swimming but centrally located. Its a good place and id maybe stay again.

I liked only the location. For the paid price this 5-star hotel has a lot of negatives: Water drainage in both sink and shower did not work! It was NO coffee and tea maker in the room Old towels No clock/alarm in the room (for a 5-star hotel absolutely unacceptable!) Only one chair (!) in the room, so I have to move it all the time Hard uncomfortable not wide enough blankets

The hotel is alright. Close to the sea and next to a park. I was very dissapoited with reception service. We stayed in a room close to the restaurant. That restaurant played very loud music untill 2am. Then people who were at the restaurant went outside and were very loud for about 40 min. It was impossible to sleep in the room. People at reception didn't do anything about it. Never ever I am going to stay at this hotel again. I have learned the lesson.

Good: Location. In the middle of the park. Ideal place if you split your time between the visits to downtown (in walking distance) and to the beaches or you like to stroll through the "Lane of Health". Cleanliness. No issues at all. Amenities. Gym and indoor swimming pool makes me consider this hotel as more reasonable winter holidays alternative than overpriced Nemo. Rooms. Spacey. Large windows. Overall not bad....but there is a caveat - see below. Not so good: Rooms. Superior twin. A lot of space but not properly utilised. Bathroom is ridiculously narrow. Furniture is basic. Miniature desk, just one chair. No couch or anything else. Breakfast. Average and doesn't resemble normal "4 star" breakfast. Couple of bananas and apples sliced into tiny pieces on the fruit plate. Waiters... They just stand and watch their guest from respective distance, making no move to assist, - even when asked. Service in general (besides the breakfast). Dear management, please train your stuff and make them learn basic things. As to SMILE, for example. Or to help a female guest who is struggling to pull her luggage out of the elevator (Two guards standing and watching with interest... were they betting on the outcome?). Trivia: Leasing of bikes/scooters and other interesting devices is in the same building. Hotel is built in into the stadium and spread around it, so be prepared to walk a distance if you are not lucky. Do not book your taxi from the lobby, it's a waste of money.

Très bon hôtel

Très bon hôtel avec piscine , hamam , sauna .par contre si vous avez besoin d un taxi demander leur de faire le 579 le taxi vous coutera 3 fois moins chère .seul regret peu d information concernant les sorties

Hotel in Park,am Hafen,am Fussballstadion,City 1 bis 2 KM. In der Haupt-Fussgängerstrasse DERIASKOVSKAYA kann es zu Diebstählen kommen,Vorsicht bei Strassen- Geldräubern auf der Strasse und Fussgängerweg.Auch mir wurde Geld gestohlen!

otel ve restorant güzel, restorant 21 de kapanıyor bu iyi değil ve en önemlisi parka yakın sessiz olur diye düşünürken liman tarafında diskolardan sabah ve akşam ses dinlemek zorunda kaldım:(( birde şehirde 2 tane black sea hotel var, bunu bulmak zor oldu önceden haritadan kontrol etmiştim Allahtan :)

Dobrý hotel v oáze klidu

Hotel je součástí fotbalového stadionu Černomorce, Leží ve velkém parku Tarase Ševčenka.Pokoje jsou velké, pohodlné a čisté. Snídaně dobrá bufetová, výběr velký. Do centra pěšky 15 minut, na nejbližší pláž 10 minut, tramvaj 28 u lunaparku 10 minut.

Good hotel in the football stadium.

Excellent, comfortable hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Only problem was that we arrived on an evening of a football match. The taxi dropped us off down the road as all the approach roads were closed. It was only a 10 min walk, but we got lost because we didn't realise that the hotel was actually attached to the stadium. We kept wandering around looking for a separate hotel building. However, once we found the hotel entrance, on the north side of the stadium, the staff were helpful and friendly and everything was fine. The breakfast was superb. The receptionist was also very helpful in ordering a taxi for us when we phoned from the airport - only 265 hr. as opposed to the 1,500 hr. the official taxi service tried to charge us!

Nice clean rooms, not a great location.

Room service was 24h but they don’t understand English and doesn’t answer calls. Reception Staff was helpful but below standard service.

Great location, good value

Overall, a very good hotel and good value. Very clean rooms that are quiet and comfortable. The HVAC systems in low and mid-range Ukrainian hotels are often ineffective, but you will notice the very comfortable conditioning here. The staff is generally very helpful with some of the usual ukraine "idiosyncrasies" . One example- I called room service for breakfast in room one morning and, since there was no menu available I asked for some help in making a selection. The staff person suggested I visit the restaurant to see what was available. The location of hotel is very good. You are close to the sea and the wonderful, paved trails that follow close to the shore in both directions from hotel. Bed was very comfortable. Restaurant food was generally very good, although the selection of both food and wine is limited.

Tilava siisti huone

Hyvällä paikalla sijaitseva hotelli , kävelymatkan päässä keskustasta ja lähimmästä rannasta. Rauhallinen ja viihtyisä suuren puiston yhteydessä. Hotellin huone oli todella tilava ja siisti. Huoneen siivous toimi moitteetta ja joustavasti. Aamiainen oli riittävä ja ravintolan henkilökunnan osalta palvelu sujui todella hyvin ja sujuvasti. Hotellin pesulapalvelu toimi myös ilman moitteita eli kaikin puolin onnistunut hotellin valinta. Suosittelen jos et halua asua aivan keskustassa. Hotelli rakennettu jalkapallo stadionin yhteyteen eikä osunut peliä kohdalle :) jonka olisin tietysti halunnut katsoa :)

Sehr angenehm in diesem Hotel.zu übernachten und das Hotelpersonal war sehr hilfsbereit.
